When you’re just a beginner in the gym, how do you create a workout plan so you’re not completely lost in there?

Usually I choose one body part such like legs, back, glutes or arms and looks for machines or exercises that focus on that part of the body. This way is easier for me to organize and choose exercises.

According to me, the best way is to find more on the Internet. There are plenty of videos of people exercising on YouTube that can suit your physique too. Or articles are also a good option.
