When in the day, and how often in the day, do you meditate?

I meditate daily. As my work starts very early, I usually meditate later, sometimes even before I go to bed.
But If possible, I try for first thing, after water and tea ☕️

I meditate once in the morning after I’m fully awake but before breakfast. I then meditate again before dinner and once the day start to wind down.

I meditate for 10 minutes using the Waking Up app right after I wake up. Actually, it’s after I pee, weigh myself, brush my teeth, and drink a glass of water. Then I meditate, every day.

Mostly once. However, It's always better to meditate more during the breaks. You will feel the urge to do something else, while it's time to meditate. But when you overcome the urge and take your time to relax with the breathing… that indeed helps you to keep yourself calm and handling the day more smoothly.

I've just started doing morning meditation at 8 a.m. I also do doorway to self-esteem meditation at 9 p.m. to help me keep me motivated to do it I get my children involved. Hope this helps.

I try to meditate in the morning even if it’s only 10min and then again in the evening after all is done around the house.

Every morning when I wake up I meditate. Anytime during the day that you just need some zen you can do a quick meditation. And every night before bed I meditate to help me sleep.

I often find it easier to meditate in the mornings while still in bed. I try to have some mindfulness throughout the day when I start to feel overwhelmed. I’d like to meditate more at night to help me sleep better though
