It’s often hard to be grateful during challenging times, such as when facing loss or stress. In these moments, practicing gratitude can feel counterintuitive. However, reflecting on small positives, like supportive friends or moments of joy, can shift your perspective. Instead of focusing solely on difficulties, try to acknowledge one thing you’re grateful for each day. This practice can help build resilience and foster a more positive mindset, ultimately guiding you toward achieving your goals.

I believe it is in times where challenges meet us right left and centre without an alarm . But in those difficult times , I would advise to withdraw your mind and yourself from the thinking of problems and look at the distance you have covered to reach this far then you will definitely see the light in that dark tunnel and have something to be grateful for.
