When do you meditate?

Morning mindfulness followed by chakra opening and gratitude reflection, lunchtime mindfulness I usually work through a series on say happiness or anger, followed by a full chakra root to crown meditation, and either chakra aromatherapy, crystals, yoga or one of the connected studies. Early eve, Himalayan guided meditation followed by mindfulness free unguided meditation to music, nature sounds or silence. Night, affirmations, series learning about sleep, or TED talk or other talk on sleep, bedtime either nighttime mindfulness meditation, sleep guided meditation, hypnosis or bedtime story
