What’s your quickest or easiest (but still healthy) breakfast to prepare?

My quick and easiest go to breakfast would be a protein bagel with two eggs and a choice of meat. 🙂 I drink about two cups of water as well during this meal.

Porrige. All you have to do is put milk and oats in a container overnight and them stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes. It’s easy and you can add extra berries and stuff if you want. You can make it in a plastic airtight container in case you need to eat it on the go

Low-sugar ceral (or bread), plain yoghurt and a spoonful of unsweetened peanut butter. Even though it isn’t the best breakfast, it’s still pretty healthy and there’s nothing to prepare in advance. Hope it helps! 🙂

I’d say a simple bowl of rolled oats or self mixed muesli (prepare it a day before eating so that it’s quicker) and some fruits like apple or banana (banana is faster;]) Some juice on top and that’s our quick healthy breakfast:))

I eat (almost every single morning) oat meal. 1 dl oats and 2 dl water, in the microwave for around 2 minutes. Mostly I have applesauce and milk on top, but you can take whatever (google can give you many ideas for toppings). It’s quick, yummy and healthy.
