Almond Milk and a few pieces of Avocado Toast, with a side of fruit and water. It keeps me full longer and less fatigued throughout the day.

Porridge, cereal, overnight oats, smoothie or pancakes – all can be made with plant milk. Fruit is also a quick and healthy option!
