I am having Indian breakfast tomorrow of poha and chai it's light and good for days start!! Go for it if it's available. If not, go for sandwich paneer veggies capsicum potatoes spices🥪 and coffee or chai homemade. Cook your foods, don't use anything packed or stored. Everything fresh😊.
How about trying oatmeal or something sweeter to start your day? You can just simply use a banana while cooking it to make it sweeter or how about changing the way you prepare eggs? Try bioled eggs and make an egg salad. Hope you enjoy your breakfast
