What’s your favourite exercise and why?

I like to start exercising by doing small stretches because this puts my mind in the space I need to start a full workout. After that I would rather do a routine with weights and cardio after if I have the time

Im not sure how specific this is supposed to be but i really enjoy weightlifting. My favourite exercise in the gym is probably overhead tricep extensions because i feel it so well and i see so much progress.
