What’s the perfect breakfast?

The ideal breakfast should be light on the stomach with enough quantity to give you energy. It's the breakfast you take your time designing. Fruit, oatmeal, eggs, toast, avocado or some nuts are great and quick suggestions that will give you energy for the rest of the day.

For me in the summer it is yoghurt with a lot of fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apples, bananas etc. include any fruits that you like and add granola as well. In the winter a yoghurt is too cold for me which is why I like whole grain bread spread with an avocado and topped with tomatoes. Really delicious! I also drink tea with my breakfast every single day, choose something healthy like chamomile, peppermint or green tea.
