I like oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder. My protein powder is sweet and delicious. Throw in some berries and I’m good to go all morning.
Parfait. Pick any yogurt you like. Put mixed berries in, with some granola and nuts. It is delicious and healthy! If you use unsweetened yogurt, it isn't going to taste very good, so I recommend mixing stevia in, of some other natural sweetener. That's what I do. Hope this helps!
