What’s a good healthy lunch I can bring for on the go?

A salad with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, bread squares, and a choice of dressing. Fruit on the side and make sure to bring some water for a drink aswell.

I like a couple of boiled eggs, some baby carrots, a couple sticks if celery & a handful of nuts. Enough to keep me energetic without giving me the afternoon sleepies.

couscous is also a very good choice. or just tomatoes and tuna.
