A salad with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, bread squares, and a choice of dressing. Fruit on the side and make sure to bring some water for a drink aswell.
I like a couple of boiled eggs, some baby carrots, a couple sticks if celery & a handful of nuts. Enough to keep me energetic without giving me the afternoon sleepies.
sandwiches – if they’re homemade you can choose what to put inside. couscous is also a very good choice. or just tomatoes and tuna. or cooked vegetables.
