I love making banana pancakes. One banana, one egg, two tablespoons of oats and some cinnamon. Make small pancakes, serve with jam, peanut butter.

I think what a person eats as breakfast is a personal choice. But if you’re a busy person and want to stick to an easy breakfast, easiest options would vary. My personal favourites are: Fruits and nuts with greek yoghurt Hard boiled egg coupled with toast and baked beans/sweet corn/kidney beans Oatmeal Smoothies Fruits

Honestly, I feel that a small breakfast for me would be some fruit. I also really enjoy having some fruit with a nut butter of some sort. I love to have apples with some Sunflower Butter (I know that’s more of a seed butter, but you can easily use almond or peanut butter). I also really like to meal prep some Almond Joy Breakfast Cookies by Clean and Delicious on YouTube. They are so good; I usually have three cookies with some fruit. I hope this helps!

I would always have the following: FOR LIQUID INTAKE: 2 glasses: 1) 250 ml water with 1/2 lemon, 4 pcs native lime, and grated ginger 2) 250 ml of water with 2 tbsps of ACV, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon FOR SOLID FOOD: Wheat bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, slices of banana and a dash of cinnamon (microwaved) OR 1 whole apple sliced in quarters with peanut butter spread and a dash of cinnamon (microwaved) OR just 2 glasses of my liquid and one mason jar of banana smoothie: 1 banana, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp plant-based protein powder and 1 tbsp peanut butter
