Be careful with using that diet it can lead to cardiovascular disease from too much high Saturday fat which raises LDL in the blood

I really love avocado-sandwiches, but if u don’t want the bread I recommend to just slice up an avocado and sprinkle some salt over it. ITS THE BEST THING EVER!! (And it’s good for your skin) 🙂
