I have found that when I am stressed I experience constipation. So maybe trying some yoga stretches to calm down, Yoga by Bird on YouTube is great for this. And also drinking lots of water.

Just drink some warm water, initially 1 cup(as warm as your tea or coffee) first thing in the morning before brushing your teeth. You can increase the amount of water after each week.

Lots and Lots of water – especially that first one in the morning. I drink 500mls first thing and it has really helped me. Also you can get stuff from you GP too but naturally prune juice is a natural laxative. But the more you drink the better it will be.

Drink lots of water because water is good for you dont eat a lot of dairy such as cheese and yogurt and ice cream cause that causes constipation and eat lots of nutrients
