What would you eat for breakfast if you woke up most mornings feeling nauseous?

I’m having that issue for days now. I know it is not low blood sugar or low blood pressure after hours of eating nothing. It’s my stomach and what works for me is an apple cider vinegar tea. 1 ts honey, 1 tbs ACV in a cup of warm water. I’m no doctor and that’s what settles my stomach down.

If I were to wake up most mornings feeling nauseous, I would eat whole foods, for example, oatmeal with apple. Whole foods are said to be healthier than processed foods so it's best to do abstain from it in occasions as this too.

Actually in the morning I'm nauseous too, so I love to start by trying to drink at least some water and going to the bathroom to wash my face, then I start to prepare my breakfast, normally I eat porridge with a sliced fruit next to it and a glass of warm water with lemon juice. So by the time my porridge is cooked and I sliced my apple that feeling of nausea is gone.
Sorry for my misspelled some words, English it's not my first language.

Eat dry foods, such as crackers, toast, dry cereals, or bread sticks, when you wake up and every few hours during the day. They provide nutrients and help settle your stomach. Eat cool foods instead of hot, spicy foods. Consider non-fat yogurt, fruit juice, sherbet, and sports drinks.

I would drink water and wait until your stomach feels better. If it does then eat something small like eggs or applesauce or bread

A lot of people have this problem and I'm one of them, it's irritating to wake up like this every day, but the best solution is to brush your teach before eating anything, you'll have a fresh taste in your mouth therefore the feeling of nausea will become less.

As for food, I go for salty (peanut butter, oat bread, salty rice cakes…) avoid eating sugars in the morning if you have the same issue, it does not help nor it is healthy anyway.

Hope this helps ❤️😊

I would definitely avoid milk. Some bread with a slice of cheese and a banana. Bananas are good for your nauseated stomach and your health overall 🍌

Generally I would start with something in the BRAT protocol, which is bananas, rice, apples, and toast. I prefer toast when I'm feeling nauseated. I also drink smoothies in the morning as a way to keep down my nausea.
