What way of writing To-Do list do you prefer? Digital or Analogue?
The choice between a digital or analogue To-Do list often depends on personal preference and lifestyle. Digital lists offer convenience and accessibility, allowing for easy updates and reminders. On the other hand, analogue lists can enhance memory retention and provide a satisfying tactile experience. Experiment with both methods to see which aligns better with your daily rituals and helps you develop lasting habits. Ultimately, the best To-Do list is the one that supports your goals and fits seamlessly into your routine.

I do both. I have a chart to check off my three key things so I can see where I need improvement as well as seeing how well I am doing. I use digital for the daily things I would like to get done but these are not set in stone in case life intervenes.
