What time of the day do you find it easiest to complete the meditation habit?

I'd usually prefer it in the morning, as meditating in the morning calms your mind and you gain a little bit of control over thinking. It helps you stay relaxed, positive and encouraged throughout the day that you did something good for yourself. Night is also recommended. After all the stress you had from work or studies, doing it at night would help you sleep better.
