The best time for journaling varies from person to person, but many find that morning or evening works best. Mornings can help set a positive tone for the day, while evenings allow for reflection on daily experiences. Experiment with different times to see when journaling feels most beneficial for you. Establishing a consistent journaling routine can enhance your self-care practice and help you develop lasting healthy habits.
