What should I eat in the morning?

Eating at 11.00 is not a breakfast, is a brunch! 🤣 which is perfectly fine for the weekend 😉

I advise something that’s not sugary, for example avoid cereal with added sugar. The best options in my opinion are eggs, oatmeal or you could even just try a fruit salad with some mixed nuts. 🙂

I should eat nutritious things, fruits give energy through fructose which help with brain activity. Protein in the morning has always been necessary for me because I need something a bit more filling than fruits.

1st OPTION- Bana pancackes. 1 egg 1 banana no sugar and cinamon.
2nd OPTION- Yougurt with fruit.
3rd OPTION- Dark bread with fresh cheese

Well try eating a fruit Salad somethimes. Other times you could take some coffee or tea(but not too much coffee) with toast probably.

Eat something that will for sure fill you up. You don't want to be hungry while at school or work so eat something that will last till lunch break for me its cereal or pancakes bit if im in a rush i eat 2 bananas

Oatmeal!! Because it won't make u hungry after 2 hours and it's really simple to make suitable for everyone especially student or people with busy schedule

A good source of protein like(eggs, nuts(?), etc.) And complex carbs (potatoes or oats, some fruits(some of these may not be complex carbs I'm not sure) stuff like that I read it on somewhere but I don't remember so much.

I change my breakfasts weekly but I do meal prep what I am going have that week. For example this week it’s smoothies so I bought all the ingredients for it. Next week it might be oatmeal. I do have some back breakfast in case I am running late or my stomachs isn’t up for food. Which is either a protein bar or I will mix greens mix with collagen and chuck that with spoon of nut butter.

So I wake up at 5:20-5:30 and then I have to get ready and leave my house by 6:20 so if I can eat breakfast before then then that’s great but there are times I’m not hungry by then and I don’t eat until 6:40-7:00ish. Hope this helps.

The best time to eat is whenever you feel like I usually take my breakfast at 9 but make sure you take your breakfast at least 2 hours after getting up
