What should I drink every morning and before bed if not water?

Although water is the best choice for obvious reasons, you could try your favourite type of tea (chamomile for sleep , earl grey in the morning) or maybe some type of low sugar plant milk like almond milk

Water is by far one of the best options to drink, all day long. But what if you don't want just water? They're more drinks you can drink that is hydrating and good for the body! For example, Tea! Tea always helps me refresh and it makes me feel warm inside! Drinking Tea is always a good option too, just watch out for the sugar. You don't want your tea too sweet! But if you're like "I like my tea sweet" then you can always add honey! Honey is not only healthy, a great replacement for sugar options but very delicious too!
If tea is not your go-to you can always have a nice smoothie! I have smoothies sometimes before I go to bed, and it always fills me up and makes me sleepy. Which helps me to be able to sleep easily! Not only are you eating fruits but its also good for the body! There are many drinks that are good besides water! Like: 100% Vegetable Juice, 100% Fruit Juice of any kind! With not to many added sugars as well. Coconut water, Milk beverages and Coffee! Though it's best not to drink coffeebefore bed,or do you want to stay up all night? (OvO) Also make sure to watch out for added sugars, milks, creams, and other sugary toppings you like to have with your coffee! Like Whipped cream! It's always best to drink Black Coffee! And it's still okay if you don't like black coffee, we'll let it slide once or twice XD!
