My morning is so rushed. How do you plan for a protein breakfast?

Meal prep in the evening! You can store the excess in the freezer and defrost it in the fridge in advance when you plan on eating it.

It would be better to get up earlier to spend time to make a hearty and healthy meal. But, for the inevitable mornings where you don’t have time, or if you had a late night and slept in, I recommend keeping a box of clif or kind bars. I also keep protein powder to mix with almond milk (cow milk works just fine too). That way I can grab a bar and mix a protein shake on my way out the door. Hope this helps!
