depends on what you want to workout in, but i do some home workouts for core, rent a bike for legs, go on a run for cardio, and if anything for arms i lift the weights of grocerie bags!! then u have back and chest and etc, for that you can use just a normal home workout w out equipments (use an app if it heps u) or just make something that resembles weights! i used to use my schoolbag w books in it
