What motivates you to Meditate when your stressed out part of the brain says “I don’t have time to sit still!”

It’s tough but remembering that over time the meditation will quiet that part of the mind has helped me keep to the habit.

I also sit up in bed as soon as I wake and meditate. I practice transcendental which is 20 mins twice daily so doing it first thing helps keep the habit.

Well i use this method try to get rid of useless or big time consuming taks that u won't need in the futur too much and then i will meditate
