How do you make time to meditate each day?

When I have to go to bed to sleep. I would just sit dow, or lay down, put my hand on my heart sometimes on stomach and take deep breaths. This helps me calm down , my heart and feel good in my belly. I have just started it by 2 mins meditation everyday then will proceed to 5 mins every day and so on. So it doesn't feel burden on me.
