What motivates you to exercise in the morning if you have not slept well the previous night and wake up tired?

What motivates me the most when I don't get enough sleep is just by drinking water and then I do a little bit of yoga and then start exercising, hope that helps:)

I always like to think about how accomplished I feel after working out and realize that I'll feel better once I excercise. Hang tight!💜
