While you can do intese workouts for like 7 minutes, I like going to a field and training with football since I want to become a professional footballer one day, don't try to do one thing at a time, if you can, add 2 things into 1 like I did with my workout. But I spend 2 or 3 hours per day so in total 14-21 hours a week.
Spend as much time as you can in that day either before you go to sleep or in the morning. I work a morning to evening shift so on my days off I exercise for an hour or more. Since throughout my work day I can’t exercise I will start exercising before bed to keep my body active.
