Some types of healthy cereals is ideal for me. It fills me and I don't need to think. It also satisfies my cravings. And yes cereals CAN be healthy. Or otherwise have porridge. It's easy to a a carb high breakfast is you think a bit.
Normally a prefer some toasts, sometimes only with salt and oil and others with something more elaborate like avocado with cheese, ham, tomatoes… Other days I feel like having something more sweet, those days I prefer some yogurt with muesli and fruits.
