Not specifically during weekend I go to sleep regularly at 1 or 2 am from that 6 hrs sometimes it might be 7 or less than 6 may 4 or 5hrs. I don't have a proper timeline.

I’m trying to get my sleep schedule back on track before school! Recently I’ve been trying to be in bed by 10, but I am trying to get down to about 9 before school. That sounds so early to me, but I’m trying to keep in mind that I plan to wake up at 5 during the school week. I don’t plan to keep that exact schedule on weekends, but who knows… I might just keep it so the weeks are easier! Then I wouldn’t have to adjust after the weekend.
I hope this is helpful, but just remember that you need to find a schedule that works for you! As long as you’re getting enough sleep(6-8 hours if you’re a grown adult, 8-10if you’re a teenager), i think any schedule would be doable.

My usual bedtime is 8AM because I work 11PM to 7AM and I work ever other weekends. I am a CNA. I am more of a night owl.

I work in retail so my schedules vary. But usually I'm in bed by 10pm. Sometimes on my nights off I'll stay up later depending on how I feel
