Most of my day is very busy. I try exercise everyday and if I do. I fall asleep in minutes. If not, then I will do labor intensive work for me to go to sleep. I need my physical body to be exhausted to work.
Meditation. The only thing that works 100 % for me. It either helps me fall asleep the moment my head touches the pillow or pulls a bunch of unresolved issues thoughts from deep within so that I couldn’t calm down until I process all of them. Nevertheless, relief guaranteed either way.
