My strategy to get things done is to write them down on a short list, place it near my desk where I study, refer to it at the end of the day and check if I've completed everything. I will also use the reminders on this app and block all nofitications from other apps except for this one😎😁🎉

I try to constantly remind myself of the reasons why I do the things I do. Whether I drink water because I want to stay hydrated and my goal is to be healthy, or I meditate in the morning to have a clear head during the day. I feel it's important to always keep in mind the reasons you're doing something, I feel that it motivates you to keep going.
