I don’t have an XBox or PlayStation, so I don’t get addicted to any of those games. On my Wii I only have Wii Fit Trainer, Mario Kart, and Super Mario Brothers. Wii Fit Trainer is nice because it helps you workout, but it is fun, so it would be acceptable to play that game for long periods of time. I play the other games with my family which I also think is good because you are spending time with loved ones. Sometimes I do feel I start to go on games on my phone too often. When this happens I just edit my Home Screen. It helps me avoid going on the app if I can’t see it right when I log into my phone. I then usually end up forgetting about the app entirely.
