What is your favorite breakfast?

Adeci B.
My absolutely unexpected favourite breakfast is a 3 egg omlette with cinnamon, covered in mixed berries, a dollop of greek yoghurt and a drizzle of agave syrup

Cereal will always be my favorite breakfast. Farina or oatmeal a close third. Eggs with buttered toast is a good second.

I’ve been making little quiches on the weekend to have easy healthy options for the week. Six eggs, a meat, whatever veggies I have on hand and a little shredded cheese. Making them in silicone baking cups makes it easy to portion! (And I usually have fresh berries as well for some fiber!)

A Herbalife nutritional healthy breakfast shake combo. It consists of Herbalife thermo tea, Herbalife aloe concentrate and Herbalife F1 shake. I add fresh fruits to keep it interesting.

Steel-cut or pinhead oats are oats that haven't been rolled so the idea is that they have more of their nutrition still intact. Soaking them overnight (in almond milk, oat milk or water) makes them easy to cook the next morning and they can be used as regular oatmeal with fruits, yogurt etc.

I also like to eat them savoury as well, with salt, leftover veggies from the night before and an egg. I feel like they have more protein than regular oats and I am definitely never hungry before lunch time!

I prefer to eat a yoghurt or milk breakfeast. Something light. Bread or anything doesn't work for me early in the morning

I prefer a chia porridge with oat milk, mixed berries and raisins, although a good smoothie bowl can be equally satisfying.

Eggs and fruits. Eggs are a good source of protein and gives you energy. Fruit can help with sugar cravings throughout the day, like apples.
Marius X.
My favourite breakfast is a cooked breakfast with a good source of protein and veg, a piece of fruit and a small amount of carb.

Every Sunday I prep my breakfasts for the week – almond butter chia pudding and hard-boiled eggs. I like chia pudding because you can warm it up on cold mornings, or eat it chilled if you want something refreshing.

Pancakes! But I don’t have them very often- only sometimes on weekends when I know I can just be lazy for most of the day.

One of my foavorite breakfasts is chicken in a basket at Crackerbarrel. But it is not the breakfast I eat for the Fabulous.

Special K Protein cereal and Almond milk. It’s great fiber and the protein helps me with weight loss. Almond milk never gives my tummy a problem.

My favorite go to breakfast during the week is from this meal delivery service in my town. It's a tofu scramble with a roasted green chili. Yummm
Wallace U.
I’ve never been a big fan of breakfast food. I think my favorite breakfast would probably consist of Thanksgiving leftovers. Mashed potatoes and gravy, turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing… mmmm.

The best breakfast is an easy one. I like a smoothie or a banana with peanut butter. I keep a jar of peanut butter in my desk, so, if I need to, I can grab a banana and eat it at my desk.

Eggs! Scramhled, folded, poached. Eggs with spinach and cheese and turkey or ham is nice, and a bit of minced garlic too 🤤
Nicolas T.
Half an avocado, 2 bioled eggs, 3 strips of thick slice bacon, 1 mango. I eat that every weekday morning and sometimes on the weekend.
Gisela U.
Apples, easy to grab and eat.
Alternatively, pears are lighter flavoured and can be easier to eat if you're not a fan of biting into hard things when you wake
Johan B.
I like to mix it up. Some of my favorites are Avocado toast, oatmeal, and jook. A scrambled egg with oyster sauce on toast is also good.
Ciro P.
Healthy filling smoothies and a cup of tea. I put almond milk, banana, misc frozen fruit, frozen leafy greens, Oats, dates, Agave, nut butter and green powder in the smoothie.
Brooke B.
An egg white omelet loaded with veggies and feta cheese is my favorite breakfast. If I don't have time to cook, greek yogurt with fruits and nuts works in a pinch too.
Andrea B.
The free one. I hate spending too much money on food when I’m at work, so eat what I have there
Trying to be at least healthy

My favorite breakfast is blueberry bagels with cream cheese, bacon, orange juice and fruit (usually blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)
Willi T.
I have a few favourite breakfasts. The first set are overnight oats: favourites are with almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder and banana; and also with coconut milk, banana and red berries. Also really like a nice smoothie bowl, especially with a mix of fruits and veg that's still sweet (like beetroot, banana and red fruit, or avocado and clementines). Also really love a good thick yogurt woth blueberries and some granola. But most days i end up eating a wholemeal toast with seeds, eggs and tomatoes – quick, easy and keeps me pleasantly full a long time.
Christian N.
I really enjoyed making a batch of soft boiled eggs in advance, putting them in the fridge for the week and then peeling and warming one in the microwave each morning. Topped with salt, black pepper and olive oil or just siracha.
William U.
I love eating cereal with Silk soy milk. My favourite cereal is Raisin Bran. I love to put slivered almonds on my cereal as well as granola.
Traude J.
Egg scramble with onions, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, cheese, and bacon. A sweet roll or oatmeal with nuts, raisins, coconut, almond milk, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Coffee and orange juice.
