My favorites are lying down and Indian style but you want to be in a comfortable position so your mind can be clear and focused.
A seated one with my legs crossed and i am sitting upright on a couple of pillows or sometimes/rarely the second comfortable position is laying down.
That probably depends on each session. Tune in and see what you feel would be most beneficial for you at the time. Sometimes that’s sitting on a chair or meditation cushion, sometimes it’s standing, sometimes it might be laying down. Sitting in the lotus position does not work for me (yet 😉). Walking meditations are also nice, especially outside.
