I love my water pik. I have an off brand travel one that is compact and easy to fill and I keep it in the shower with some mouthwash. 1 part wash to 2 parts warm water. Outside the shower any thick/expanding type floss!

Hi, I use the ones with the string on one end and a pointy bit on the other end (I bought mutipacks online, so I have year’s supply :)πŸ˜„, and I also rinse and re-use them πŸ™‚ Also, interdental brushes sometimes. Don’t forget to dispose of these properly – NOT littering the environment! πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘

i started w gum brand sticks to get into the habit originally bc its a much better sensory experience but now i just use regular floss since ive gotten used to it and convinced of its necessity

I use both a water flosser and regular floss. The water losses gets the gums gently and the normal floss gets in between the teeth.
