When you wake up or before going to bed? Or in the afternoon? Depends on when you have free time. Start with 30mins of doing something you like or would want to try! If you like it, you'll probably want to do it again tomorrow! If not, you can try something else the next day ☺

I like to try to give myself time on my lunch break. No planned activities or to dos just free time to enjoy myself and whatever I want. I like to do this instead of waiting until everyone has gone to bed like I have in the past
