I do not know. I eat porridge and drink tea every morning. When theres no porridge in the fridge or I’m just tired of it, I eat crisps or sandwiches like my little sister.

Hmmm for me i think its eggs and a smoothie because the eggs are light and the smoothie fills your stomache also healthy.

i didn’t like to eat breakfast at all either. i started eating just a single piece of fruit with toast or a bagel and it has made me want to eat more and more everyday.
