My two favourites are scrambled eggs and black beans or oats cooked with an egg, topped with banana and a drizzle of peanut butter.

Bread with peanut butter and honey and a sliced banana on top with some sinnamon. Or almond milk with oats and a scoop of protein powder

I consider a healthy breakfast anything used moderately šŸ¤.
This means that bacon and eggs with a great amount of veggies is not only protein rich but also healthy šŸ³šŸ„“šŸ„—! Other breakfasts I really enjoy are cottage cheese seasoned with turmeric or paprika paired with a fresh baguette and radish šŸ„–šŸ§€šŸ„— or curd cheese with honey and berries šŸÆšŸ«šŸ“!

A healthy protein-rich breakfast for me is one egg (boiled or fried), oats with milk, and assorted nuts especially walnuts and raisins.
