What if you can’t remember everything you need to do as you’re writing your to-do, but you remember things one by one throughout the day?
It’s common to remember tasks throughout the day, and that’s okay! When you recall something, jot it down immediately in your to-do list. To make this process smoother, consider setting aside a few minutes each morning to write down your tasks. This can help create a routine that supports your memory. Additionally, review your list regularly to reinforce your goals and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Building this habit will enhance your productivity and help you achieve your objectives more effectively.
I will go back to my app when needed use it as the tool it was designed for but also I won’t beat myself up! It’s ok to take things in bite size pieces and maybe not achieve everything. Tomorrow is a new day. It is about prioritising what is important in the to do list!
