What flossing tools can I use to keep from damaging my gums? Mint dental floss sticks between my teeth and is hard to use. Any suggestions for good alternative ways to floss?

Just the good old floss thread, pe Jordan's dental floss (no plastic frame, just a roll of thread in a plastic jar with a cutting device). Personally, I prefer the ones with a thicker thread, but it might be that the thin one works better for you. Takes a little trial and error.
