What else should we eat for breakfast when we have no time to prepare?

I keep a variety of stuff on hand because I always wake up at the last minute! Protein bars/single serve shakes are always great if you need some good energy for the day. I also keep blueberries and packs of yogurt so I can just grab them and go. Don’t be afraid to embrace your inner child either; Poptarts, rice cakes, and juice boxes are all good choices too.
