What do you write in your journal when you have nothing to say?
When you feel like you have nothing to say in your journal, consider writing about your feelings, daily observations, or even a gratitude list. Reflect on what you did that day, how it made you feel, or what you’re looking forward to. Journaling can also include doodles or quotes that inspire you. Remember, the act of writing itself can help clarify your thoughts and emotions, making it a valuable ritual in developing lasting healthy habits.
I don’t force myself to write in my journal; if I have nothing to say, I simply decide not to open the journal and, instead, to contemplate my feelings in silence. When words don’t come out, I choose silence. I like writing in my journal only when I feel like it, so I can also see this activity as a thing I truly want to do for myself, and not as an obligation
