Currently, I drink tea and eat cakes for breakfast. But as someone suggested, I will try to eat an egg for breakfast. Hopefully it will make me more healthy. Thank you

I like to eat eggs for breakfast because they are filled with protein and have low sugar. Eating eggs in the norning gives me energy and makes me feel full longer.
