What do you think is the best time to eat breakfast?

Lineu O.
In the first hour after waking up. If you eat it later, your body will be already in a "starve" mode. It will retain more energy than it should be so it can lead to gaining weight and in a long term eating disorders.
Katrine W.
When you think about it, it depends on the region and habits. I grew up eating breakfast around 6:30/7 am and the habit stuck. It's also what you put in your body dyurong that time of day. Meats are more difficult to digest, but eggs, yogurt, grains, and vegetables are filling and energizing!
Jacob X.
I do it after taking a post workout shower. I feel like I am not craving food as much after a workout, and only cook enough to feel satiated, not full.
Keep in mind that I do my workout right after waking up, so I don’t know if that suits your lifestyle.
I hope this was helpful!
Centa Q.
I think its different for everyone, however I believe at least an hour after waking up. Some people aren't hungry in the morning, but its still important to fuel your body with something nutritious even if its small. Hope that helps!
R Diger O.
I think that the best time to eat breakfast is in the more after drinking water to feed your body the nutrients it need to be strong and energized.
Randall G.
Right after your morning workout. I get up @ 4 a.m. to go to the gym & do my strength training & cardio, so I wait to eat breakfast until I get to work @ 7 a.m. I would also sugg that the best time to eat breakfast is just before your body starts to crave sustenance. I used to wait until lunch time to eat my first meal of the day but I was always feeling hungry around 7:30 or 8 a.m. so I now eat @ 7 to get ahead of the curve of feelings of hunger.

Being a night person, 10 am works for me. It’s closer to lunch, so I don’t really get hungry at noon. I try to eat a light meal around 2 pm, and it should power me through until dinner
Louis P.
ITV all depends on when u get up. I try to eat breakfast after I get my daughters to school. I wake up at 6am drink lemon water, workout, take the girls to school by 7:30 go home and eat breakfast. Or I will try to take a banana on the go with me and eat that with a Greek yogurt and water if I have a busy day ahead of me.

After morning exercise, like jogging because for some people eating even a small amount of food make them full already and won't exercise afterward
Mathias U.
For me personally, on a work day, I prepare or gather my breakfast, then eat it at work while waiting for my computer to boot up and applications to load. On the weekends, I wake up, make some coffee, then prepare breakfast and eat it.
Sofie U.
I like to eat at 11 am, because I am an night owl. I’m not a morning person, but I try to eat breakfast at least before 12 pm. If it’s a school/work day I eat around 15-30min before heading out
Vickie N.
Breakfast should be eaten within an hour of waking up, cause the body needs to be energised to carry out chores the rest of the day. It is important to break that 7/8 hours fast asap, to revitalise our body.
Marcus X.
The ideal time to eat breakfast is between 9am and 10 am. After the school, it's not too early and it holds me until about 1.30 or 2pm without having to snack.
Amy C.
For me the best time to eat breakfast is about 8-8:30 am. I have been awake for about 2 hours and have hydrated. I think any earlier and I will be much hungrier for another breakfast at around 10 am and any later I get too hungry and eat the wrong things.
Lyna T.
I believe it is around 15 to 20 minutes after waking up. As your Morning ritual sugests, first I feel that I need to wake my body firts with water and a few basic stretching exercises.
Mariele H.
I think the best time to eat breakfast is after completing your sleep
When u get up have an apple or banana then exercise and breakfast
Rasmus C.
I enjoy it a couple of hours after waking. I like to drink lots of water, first. I usually eat around two hours after I wake up, at about ten a.m.
Tracy Z.
Wake up, have a cup of herbal tea to slowly enter your day and then when you feel slightly more ready to eat – eat breakfast!
Frida U.
i think the best time to eat breakfast is about half an hour to and hour after you wake up, usually after you’ve done your morning routine, like brushing your teeth or washing your face.
Sandro F.
Within 30 minutes of waking up. If you eat later than that you not as productive because your body is trying to save energy
Andrea O.
Depends on your schedule or routine, If I’m on my way to work, around seven or 7:30 AM. If I’m off, then anywhere from eight to noon. If I eat late, i usually skip or have a very light healthy lunch.
Roger X.
I guess the best time to wake up is about eight to 9 o’clock What’s the best time to eat breakfast I guess the best time is about 30 minutes after we wake up
Christopher O.
4am in the morning if you are fasting.

8am in the morning if you’re not and have to commute. An hour before work starts so you’ll be energised by the time you reach the office.

9.30am latest if you have an in house cafeteria at work and you can also use the time to catch up with coworkers

Patricia U.
I can't eat right after waking up. I have to wait a little while til me appetite wakes up too. So I like to eat about an hour or so after I wake up. So around 8am

When it best fits your own routine.
No consensus on when & what to eat re exercise. But recent study suggested better weight loss to exercise before breakfast.
Jessica F.
I think that the best time for breakfast is 5:30…especially for the ppl that have to move really early in the mornings
Meghan Z.
I feel the best time to eat breakfast to make the most of your day is early on , maybe, between 6 and 8 am. I believe this is the best time to eat breakfast.
Alberto T.
I’m not sure. I’m so hungry when I get up yet I’ve been thinking about intermittent fasting to see if I can boost my metabolism.
Ethan F.
I think it really depends on you and your body. I know for myself personally I am not a morning person, But I have been getting up like 15 mins earlier and eating while I’m getting ready. I cannot eat an entire meal in one sitting early in the morning. I take a bite every minute or so. This helps me from getting nauseous and getting an upset stomach.
Owen T.
I think it should be around 7:00AM to 7:30 AM, that make you to reach work place on time, say 8:00 or 8:30 depending on its distance
Amber A.
I think the best time to eat breakfast is early enough in the morning that you can still properly eat lunch. I prefer to eat breakfast about 15 minutes to 45 minutes after I wake up. That way, I can brush my teeth and get ready before I eat.
Taylor L.
I think the best time to eat breakfast for me is about an hour after I wake up and I’m in the midst of my morning routine.
Olivia X.
Maybe 30 minutes after waking up. After a glass of water and some light yoga. Maybe even a meditation. Although meditation may go after eating
James P.
Intermediate fasting so I eat breakfast after 16 hours, mostly around lunch time. Then I eat oatmeal, eggs on proteinbread.

Sebastian O.
According to my nutritionist eating a snack (or fasting) before my morning exercise and then a protein filled breakfast is ideal to help my muscles recover. She also encourages the addition of foods with phytonutrients and a healthy fat. So I may have 2 scrambled eggs, and sautéed purple cabbage, spinach and red, yellow, orange bell peppers with 1/4 avocado. Cheers!
Ricardo F.
I suggest within half an hour of waking up, it gives you time to shower and drink a full cup of water – feeling completely awake and ready to tackle the day.
Jamie J.
To my mind, it is actually around 45 min after getting awake. That's because it is believed to be the healthiest to eat 30-45 min after drinking water in the morning. So u can wake up, take couple glasses still water, exercise, take a shower and after – make breakfast 🙂
but u should better try different schemes to identify that which is most appropriate for u personally.
Good luck, dude 🙂
Durval P.
Sometimes when I wake up, I feel a little sick to my stomach so I always wait at least 10-15 minutes. You should eat breakfast within an hour when you wake up, however.
Philip Z.
Personally, the best time for me to “breakfast” is afternoon. It allows me time to contemplate my day, get started on important tasks and stay clear-headed.
