No consensus on when & what to eat re exercise. But recent study suggested better weight loss to exercise before breakfast.
8am in the morning if you’re not and have to commute. An hour before work starts so you’ll be energised by the time you reach the office.
9.30am latest if you have an in house cafeteria at work and you can also use the time to catch up with coworkers
Keep in mind that I do my workout right after waking up, so I don’t know if that suits your lifestyle.
