You could go to a nutritionist. Or if it is too serious for you yet, you can start following people on social media who are always posting recipes and snacks options. Also, start learning about nutrition by books or online classes is going to be useful to discover what does your body need. And super important, listen what is your body asking for, In that line you can start letting go your imagination

Veggies and fruits are key to a great vegan breakfast there are lots of amazing vegan recipes out there. My personal favourite is banana pancakes. when baking just replace the egg with bananas and the milk with vegetable or coconut oil. Just because your vegan doesn't mean your food needs to be unappetizing

Oatmeal with almond milk, nuts, seeds and berry’s, cinnamon… the best for the fall / winter time!

Hi, fellow vegan here! I know the switch can take awhile, especially when you're looking for recipes that work for you. I would recommend homemade oatmeal– seriously, it's my favorite thing in the world. It's cheap, because rolled oats are literally super inexpensive, and it's filling and really nutritious. I make mine on the stove with non-dairy milk. Add a banana for extra creaminess. Spice it the way you like, and top it with anything! Bananas, berries, peanut butter, chia seeds, you name it. Easily customizable for every season, you can have it cold or warm, and it's the perfect way to start your day. Hint- drink orange juice with your oatmeal. It helps your body digest easier and increases the nutrients you absorb.

Im not vegan myself but my breakfast is. Try smoothies, just some fruit, a milk alternative, peanut butter, hemp seeds, you can put just about anything into a smoothie.

I am not vegan, but a good thing to do is to Google vegan recipes of things that you already like to eat. You can replace meat with tofu and beans, so make tofu stir fry instead! sweet potato is good too. Just be sure that you are getting enough protein and nutrients in your day, because protein is extremely important.

Breakfast is the easiest meal to go vegan. If you avoid egg and milk, you can have oat, fruit, almond milk. You can try.bread and jam, peanut butter and so many more.. Also consider every supermarket may have vegan options of what you like: desserts for example!

Look up “Huel” I have one or two of these every day and they are wonderfully healthy for you as well as being completely vegan. All plant based shake that comes in powder form that you can do all kinds of things with. Extremely affordable too! As someone who struggles to eat healthy this is perfect/easy for me.

Tofu eggs are great if you can eat soy. And you can add a bunch of other stuff to it, like mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, etc to help fill you up. Also don’t be afraid to have “nonbreakfast” foods for breakfast like rice and beans and other veggies

I would recommend flaxseed porridge — it’s easy to cook and it’s actually tasty. Especially with a handful of nuts or raisins.

Avocado toast is always great! Porridge can be good too, just use almond milk or other milks without dairy! Try have fun with cereal by trying different ones and also toast can be a good quick option.

I am not vegan but if you are only eating cereal you should do some research and find other options. You might need to invest some time on research, trial and preparation

Have you tried tofu scramble? It's lovely, I make it with onions and pepper, a tbsp of nutritional yeast, a pinch of chilli flakes and a half tsp of turmeric with a half pack of tofu. Just heat up some oil and saute the veg then add the rest with some vegan marg, takes about 10 minutes to make and its beautiful!

You can have a fruit salad or maybe some apples and peanut butter. Maybe you can even replace the cereal with granola! One of my favorite things to eat in the morning is avocado toast. I put a little hummus slice an avacado and maybe add an olive tapenade sometimes I’ll even add mango chutney, sprinkle a little Everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s and you’re good to go. I also sometimes make smoothies if I’m not in the mood for a heartier breakfast. Hope this helps!

Having a garden is a huge part of being better to the earth and to your body. At home we eat greens from our garden every day ! A long term goal would establish a little garden in the place you live and grown some lettuce greens !

My everyday favorite breakfast is 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast. I put almond butter, goji berries, banana slices, and cinnamon on one and avocado, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, and parsley on the other. It ALWAYS sees me through to lunchtime, is simple enough to throw together during hectic mornings, and fancy enough to feel like a luxurious reward.

Well I don't know much about the vegan lifestyle I'm quite the carnivore and a hunter but I do eat oatmeal all different sorts of ways with fruit n such almost every mornin

Hi there,
Being vegan you need to ensure that you get enough protein. I start off my day with a protein shake from Metagenics. I then have a breakfast smoothie that contains strawberries, papaya or mango, pineapple and mango juice / water. Good luck 🍀
