I like to meditate and drink water, i don’t like to exercise in the morning but my routine differs every day these are some thing i like to do, but you should do whats best for you 🙂

I do not exercise often, but i would recommend not pushing your body over its limit and giving it the rest it needs. I also tend to do my exercises before I eat so that I'm not puking up the food immediately after or simply hungry after because that will make me eat even more than I need to.
