What do you think about white bread in breakfast?

I think what matters most is having a balanced meal. So as long as it is nutritious and portions are balanced, I don’t think white bread would be such a bad idea. However, I turn into healthier alternatives cause the type of bread does not matter much to me and I want to be able to have bigger proportions in my plate in terms of carbs as well.

So long as it isn’t too much, white bread is fine for the breakfast too. I think one or two small slices help give you the energy you need for starting the day.

If we’re going for healthy then wheat multi grain is what I’d have.

But now a days everything is so processed eating healthy
is a luxury
