Overnight oats or something you can prep the night before are great. Just like keeping gym shoes/equipment handy for a morning workout, taking the effort out of good, healthy breakfast makes it that much closer to becoming reality and routine

Scrambled eggs in a mug, with cheese, and ham. Along with a slice of toasted bread with olive oil butter. Lastly, my usual cafe con leche de avena or lactose free creamer.
