honestly? cereal. a mini-bar. whatever i can find, and sometimes eat on the way. eating cereal/something easy one morning instead of something pre-prepped or that takes 40 minutes to eat and make is okay. it wont mess up your routine as long as it only happens every now and then. mabye learn from it, make a salad to go for the next day that evening. or set up one extra alarm, just in case. so eat whatever works. if thats cereal, or something store-bought on the way or even nothing, opting to have a bigger lunch instead
