What do you do when you don’t see the sense of an exercise?

I do it anyway. Becouse when I am done with the exercise i feel Good about myself. And then I am do it again the next morning.

I never do not see the sense of exercise I just move my hula hoop for my belly exercise but if you don’t think to do exercise you will be obease and really lazy do you want to be fat and lazy or you wanna be fit healthy and strong think on your own pall

if i feel like doing it i still do it or else i skip it because it might help in some way if i do it like it can keep my body moving

If you don’t feel stimulated by an exercise try doing a different and more difficult variation of the same or simply another exercise that targets the same muscle(s).

At that time I usually do walking or sometimes jogging because it can help me in complete my 10000 steps everyday. So it is good for your health. Sometimes I also take more protein when I not doing exercises.

What I do is that I think about it and try to do something calming. So if I don’t feel like it then I will do some yoga first. After I clear my mind then I exercise.

I do not normally excessive but try to get myself to go in small walks even it it’s around the block and back or even to get the mail and back

I know we all get a bit tired sometimes. But when I dont feel like to do my exercises I just jam on my favorite songs hehe I dont know if it will help but for me it does sometimes when we listen our favorite songs we want to dance dont we? So u can try that.
If u dont feel like doing your exercises then just go out for a walk u need to push your self do it. And you can

Do the exercise "deeper." Think only about that exercise and focus on just your arms first, then just your legs, then your core, head, etc, and do each of these focuses to your full capacity. This helps you make sure you can do each part to figure out what is wrong in the way you do the exercise. If you're doing anything in an exercise wrong or sloppily, this should fix it. (I'm a swimmer and this works for me 🙂

Sometimes I force myself to be committed.Also I often finish with a few minutes of light exercise and I rarely avoid exercising.

I usually meditate, or listen to music and draw whatever I am feeling, if I am feeling sad I will draw droopy and waves lines
