I usually have a cup of milk with some soaked almonds, walnuts, cranberries, raisins, and one date. But when you ask me what is something filling and quick on the go then I would say some mixed nuts with a cup of coffee, tea, or milk

In the morning I make myself a cream cheese bagel. It doesn’t require to be a certain temp and it’s perfect for on the go
Something like a fruit is packed with nutrients but still easy to (not) prepare. Breakfast doesn’t have to be something that you put lots of effort into, just food that prepares your body for the day to come. All you gotta do is just wash it and eat! I recommend an apple because you can just wash and eat it on the go with little to no mess.
